The Superior Court is committed to protecting the rights and welfare of all Pima County citizens. Thus, the Court remains open every weekday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and continues to hear essential matters and provide critical services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
To help protect against the spread of the Coronavirus, the Court and its offices are performing mandatory wellness screenings using touchless thermometers of everyone entering its buildings. Anyone who registers a temperature above 100.4 F (38 C) will not be permitted inside a court building.
Additionally, the Court requires that all visitors use face coverings. These may be made of fabric or another permeable material that covers the nose and mouth, including bandanas. Face coverings should not wholly conceal your identity, so ski masks and similar coverings are not allowed.
Many court hearings are being rescheduled, and other proceedings are being held remotely, so please check the status of your case before you travel to the courthouse. Also, to safeguard the health of everyone, please do not visit the courthouse if you are ill. Instead, contact your attorney or the judicial division hearing your matter to reschedule your court appearance.
Please see detailed court and department information under each heading below. If you have concerns or questions, please email Community Relations.
The Court appreciates your patience as it strives to continue to provide the timely, fair, and efficient administration of justice under law during this health crisis.
