Family Court/Conciliation Court Seeking Best Interests/Child’s Attorneys, Parenting Coordinators, and Court-Appointed Advisors

The Superior Court in Pima County is looking for those willing and able to provide their services in family law matters as a Best Interests Attorney, Child’s Attorney, Court- Appointed Advisor, or Parenting Coordinator.

While the parties generally compensate parenting coordinators, the other positions may be pro bono, or a small payment may be authorized and paid through the court’s Expedited Fund or by the parties.

Best Interests Attorney, Child’s Attorney, or Court-Appointed AdvisorA.R.S. § 25-406(C), as well as Rules 10 and 10.1 of the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure, set forth the qualifications and duties of these positions.

To be included on the court’s 2022 list, please submit your letter of interest no later than November 1, 2021.

Parenting Coordinator:  Pima County’s Family Center of the Conciliation Court (FCCC) is looking for individuals to serve as parenting coordinators under Rule 74 of the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure.
