The court’s nominating committee interviewed applicants for Pima County Superior Court’s three vacant commissioner positions on February 8, 2021. The vacancies arose upon the elevations of Hon. Laurie San Angelo and Hon. Lisa Abrams to superior court judge, and the retirement of Hon. Susan Kettlewell.
The following four attorneys have been recommended to Superior Court Presiding Judge Kyle A. Bryson and Juvenile Court Presiding Judge Peter W. Hochuli for final consideration:
• Randi L. Burnett
• Rebecca S. Curtiss
• Jennifer L. Espino
• Lisa Schriner Lewis

Judges Bryson and Hochuli will conduct interviews later that week, and the selection of the new commissioners will be announced shortly thereafter.
