The Mission of the Court Interpretation and Translation Services Division of the Arizona Superior Court in Pima County is to provide full access to justice to individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) and Language/Communication Disabilities in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
The Court Interpretation and Translation Services Division of the Arizona Superior Court in Pima County is committed to ensuring meaningful access to protect the rights of all court users. Limited English language skills and/or Language/Communication Disabilities should not be a barrier to accessing justice.
