The Pima County Superior Court invites comments on proposed revisions to the Local Rules of Practice of the Pima County Superior Court consistent with Rule 28.1, Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona. The proposed revisions can be found below.
All comments must be in writing and received by no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. Comments may be sent to [email protected], or to Atten: Judge Greg Sakall, Pima County Superior Court, 110 W Congress, Ste. W865, Tucson, Arizona 85701. The Court will not consider anonymous comments.
The Court will consider public comments, and after approval by a majority of the superior court judges in Pima County, the Court will file a rule change petition with the Arizona Supreme Court.
