In October, Pima County Superior Court’s Associate Presiding Judge Danelle Liwski traveled to the Court Leadership Conference in Flagstaff to accept the Arizona Supreme Court’s 2021 Strategic Agenda Award for STEPs Court (Supportive Treatment and Engagement Program) in the “Promoting Excellence and Innovation” category.
Judge Liwski, in the video linked below, shares this award with the team that makes STEPs a success. These critical partners include Pretrial Services, the Pima County Attorney’s Office, Pima County Public Defense Services, and community-based behavioral health and service providers, as well as Pima County Administration and local law enforcement agencies.
