Family Court Free Legal Clinic

Would you like to speak with a lawyer about your Family Court legal situation for free? Individuals who qualify will speak with an attorney one-on-one for 30 minutes, at the Pima County Superior Court Law Library. This free service is provided by attorneys from the following three organizations. To schedule an appointment, or for more information, contact the agency of your choice, below.

University of Arizona Free Family Court Default Clinic

(This clinic closes mid-May through mid-August)

Would you like to have help completing a default form for your Family Court case? Individuals who are representing themselves, and who have a Family Court case on file at Superior Court in Pima County, can receive free assistance from students enrolled in the University of Arizona’s Bachelor of Arts in Law program, when school is in session. University of Arizona Free Domestic Violence Law Clinic

(This clinic is temporarily closed until August 2022)

Would you like to receive free legal help, and are you a person who has experienced domestic violence? The University of Arizona Domestic Violence Law Clinic provides the following services free of charge to those who cannot afford an attorney:

Legal Representation in contested Order of Protection hearings.

Legal Advice in Divorce, Custody, Immigration, Landlord/Tenant, and Employment cases.

Individuals who qualify, receive free assistance from University of Arizona law students who are supervised by an attorney with ten years of experience in domestic violence cases. The clinic also has on staff student interns from the ASU Master of Social Work program who are supervised by a social worker with significant experience working with survivors of domestic violence.
