A Celebration of Inspiring Probationers
A celebration of several unique paths to success will take place the evening of Tuesday, October 12, as the Adult Probation division of the Superior Court in Pima County commemorates the accomplishments of seven high-achieving individuals at its second Journey to Success recognition event, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Kino Event Center, 2805 E. Ajo Way.
Probationers rarely get a roadmap to victory. Every step takes determination and courage. Each individual must be strong-minded, creative, and persistent in following a new direction to sustained, positive, life-altering change.
Nominated by their probation officer, all honorees will be recognized for their committed, inspiring, and life-changing behavioral modifications. The court will also welcome special guest speaker Vondi Grijalva, former Journey to Success awardee, now an intensive outpatient program facilitator for The Haven.
The court hopes their journeys will inspire others who stand, uncertain, at the beginning of their new path.
Refreshments will follow the ceremony.
