POST CONVICTION DRUG COURT
The Post Conviction Drug Court is not a voluntary program. Defendants are sentenced into PCDC at the time of their original sentencing if they meet eligibility criteria or modified from another case load if they are unable to stay clean.
Participants complete a minimum 18-month program that involves regular court appearances, treatment, urinalysis, education, counseling and payment of fees.
Upon successful completion of all requirements of the Drug Court program, defendants graduate, their probation is terminated, and some defendants have their charges reduced.
