On January 12, 2024, the court’s Commissioner Hiring Committee interviewed five applicants for Pima County Superior Court’s vacant commissioner positions. The positions became open upon retirements of Hon. Jane Butler and Hon. Cathleen L. Linn.
The following attorneys have been recommended to Superior Court Presiding Judge Jeffrey T. Bergin and Juvenile Court Presiding Judge Michael Butler for final consideration:
