If you know who the court reporter was for your hearing, you may call them directly to place the order. If you do not know who the reporter was, call the Managing Reporter’s office at (520) 724-3114 for help finding that information. You will need to provide the case number and date of your hearing.

No.  If a court reporter is present for a hearing, the reporter’s transcript is the official record and the audio is not available. Transcript requests can be made directly to the court reporter who was present for the hearing.

Audio recordings are $35. 

Payments can be made by credit card or debit card.

Any party or counsel may request to have a court reporter present for the hearing by filing a request, CLICK HERE, with the Managing Reporter’s Office by noon of the day preceding the hearing. Email the request to [email protected].
