Heard by the hearing officer.
The hearings are set five court days from the date the summons is issued unless filing party requests more than five days to allow time for service.
These hearings are set on the 8:30-9:00 a.m. calendar on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday.
Telephonic appearances are not permitted.
If the hearing is contested, contact the assigned judicial division for a hearing/trial date.
If contested found to be contested during the hearing, the hearing officer will refer the matter to the assigned division for an early trial date.
Trial date – no more than five court days after aggrieved party files the complaint.
Either party may request a trial.
These matters have priority on the Court calendar.
