CCFS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For delinquency hearing information, contact your attorney or probation officer. If you need to call your probation officer, you can call the Juvenile Court switchboard at (520) 724-2000 to be connected.

For dependency hearing information, contact your attorney or Department of Child Safety Specialist. If you do not know who your DCS Specialist is, you may call the DCS Ombudsman at (800) 872–2879 for assistance.

If you have the case number and a state issued photo ID, you can come into the Juvenile Court and a court employee will check to first verify you are a party to the case and if so provide you the information.

Currently, the delinquency court hearing information is not available online. Due to the confidential nature of dependency cases the court hearing information is not available online.

For a delinquency hearing, if you are going to miss the court hearing entirely, contact your attorney and your probation officer as soon as possible. If you are running a few minutes behind, you can call the Juvenile Court switchboard at (520) 724-2000, let the operator know who the Judge is, and they will try to contact the Judge’s Assistant to relay the information.

For a dependency case, you will need to come to the Juvenile Court to obtain and then submit the paperwork requesting an attorney. If you are out-of-state, you can call the Resource Center at (520) 724-4747 to request the paperwork be mailed to you.
