It is the policy of the Arizona Superior Court in Pima County to provide American Sign Language and/or Certified Deaf interpreters and/or Computer Assisted Real Time Translation to hearing-impaired jurors once a date of service has been set by the Jury Commissioner’s Office in accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
The Court Interpretation and Translation Services Division of the Arizona Superior Court in Pima County is committed to ensuring meaningful access to protect the rights of all court users. Limited English language skills and/or Language/Communication Disabilities should not be a barrier to accessing justice.
