It is the policy of the Arizona Superior Court in Pima County to provide free, timely, meaningful and professional court interpretation to all court users with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) and Language/Communication Disabilities in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).

When an on-site interpreter is not available, remote interpreting services can be provided.
