Camera and Audio Recording

Under Arizona Supreme Court Rule 122, and local Administrative Order 2013-34, audio or video recording and photography is not permitted in the courthouse or courtrooms without prior authorization. Permission should be requested by submitting the Camera or Audio Recording Request Form at least 48 business hours before a hearing, and seven (7) days before the beginning of trial.

Requests submitted after 5:00 p.m., or on weekends or court holidays, will be considered received as of 8:00 a.m. the following business day.

You must receive authorization via email to film or record. No authorization = no recording.
